We are looking for dedicated employees for our support housing facilities in Stockholm County. Here, you work with supporting young adults and adults who need help to achieve a more independent daily life. The target group may have mental health issues, substance abuse problems, criminal backgrounds, or other forms of social vulnerability.

About the Role

As a contact person in support housing, you provide individually adapted support to people living in their own apartments. The support is based on an implementation plan with clear goals and may include:

• Helping to create structure in daily life, such as finances, household management, and routines
• Motivating and guiding with a calm and pedagogical approach
• Supporting contacts with authorities, healthcare, and other societal actors
• Encouraging studies, work, and meaningful leisure activities
• Performing necessary documentation

Requirements

• At least two years of post-secondary education in social work, for example as a social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue, social worker, or behavioral scientist

or

• Previous experience working in support housing

Employment

The position is a needs-based employment. Each assignment involves approximately 7 hours of support per week per client. Working hours may vary and can occur during the day, evenings, and weekends.
